Emma Boulanger joined the team as a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate, in Steinbach, MB in 2019.
For 18 years prior she flourished as an engaged leader, focusing on core values while developing dynamic teams in her various roles at Steinbach Credit Union. Her experience at SCU has equipped her with vast knowledge in areas of leadership, finance, mortgage lending, loss prevention and strategic business planning - just to name a few. Her ability to empower others on their journey to financial success is of great benefit to all her future clients in real estate.
Emma and her husband and their children reside on a 20 - acre farm between Steinbach and La Broquerie while sharing a love for agriculture, sports, cooking and time with family and friends. Emma personally enjoys home renovations, including construction and design - she believes your home should be a place that greets you when you open the door.
Her passion for community is evident as a board member for Soups On Steinbach and the Member Services Committee on the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce. In 2020 Emma was the prestigious winner of the Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year Award for units sold and gross earnings for both Canada & North America, an award that had never been previously won in all four categories by one individual in a calendar year.
