My name is Travis Olifirowich: Your South East Manitoba Realtor. I grew up living on a family farm in South East Manitoba and graduated from a small-town country school.
My wife Sherry and I have been married for 30 years and we have been blessed with two daughters, Chelsey and Lexi.
We have worked in South East Manitoba for over 35 years, and plan to continue serving in our community for as long as we are able.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy camping, fishing, hunting and sports. I love coaching and have had the privilege of coaching both my daughters in Volleyball and Basketball at SCS for several years and continue to coach Basketball even after they have graduated. If you see me at a game, please feel free to stop by and say hello. Growing up on a farm meant pitching in and learning many different skills which have led to a variety of jobs. I have worked in carpentry, operating machinery, supervising and truck driving. Eventually I found myself with an interest in sales and gained experience in the car industry before making the move into real estate 13 years ago.
Everything I have done and learned throughout my working years has been beneficial to building a business, based on customer care and knowledge. Real Estate has been a rewarding career as I am able to help people every day to achieve their goal of home ownership. The life skills and knowledge I have learned have been very useful to my clients, and they appreciate what I am able to share with them.
This along with integrity, trust and putting my client's real estate needs first has helped me not only attract new clients, but build a repeat and referral business. I have won several volume sales awards in real estate; I couldn’t have done it without the support of my family and valued clients and am appreciative for every one of you. However: The true reward has been helping my clients realize and achieve their goals. I look forward to many more years of helping my clients and hope to be serving you soon.
