Can I Exlude Something From My Home Sale?

Fixtures are items that are attached - light fixtures, curtain rods or bathroom mirrors. Chattels are items that are not attached - appliances, curtains or central vac attachments. Any items that the Seller wants to keep, attached or otherwise, have to be made known to the Buyer and written into the Offer To Purchase as exclusions. It is a good idea to replace or remove those items that you want to keep before you list your home for sale.
