Adam is a REALTOR® in the Southeast and Red River Valley regions of Manitoba, and joined Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate in 2021. Adam brings 20 years of professional lending experience to the industry, a love for rural Manitoba and the vibrancy of the communities in which we live, work and play.
With a focus on commercial and agricultural relationships and lending solutions over much of his career, Adam is excited to work with you and explore your plans to expand, grow or work through the succession process for your business or family farm. Adam also has a passion for residential properties, design and helping families find their new home. Having renovated and invested in several properties, he understands the process and is able to walk you through every step of the way. Adam has spent much of that time living and working in francophone communities and is excited and proud to offer bilingual services in English and French.
Adam and his wife keep busy with their five active children. Splitting his time between a home in St. Jean Baptiste and a 20 acre hobby farm near La Broquerie, Adam enjoys time with family and children’s activities, spending summers at their seasonal campsite, and playing sports in his free time.
